Fondant Cupcakes

I made my first fondant cupcakes today for a friend for her work tom. They are strawberry and turkish delight flavoured on either a chocolate or vanilla cake. I also made some more icing decorated ones so I will put those pics on as well.

hese cupcakes are butter cakes with strawberry icing, vanilla bean icing and turkish delight icing. The butterfly's are handmade out of fondant and royal icing

My son's 1st Birthday Jungle Cake

The bottom layer of this cake is butter cake, then it has two layers of mudcake. It is covered in ganache icing and then fondant and decorated in handmade fondant animals.

Bayb Girls 1st Birthday Cupcakes- Pink butterfly theme

These cakes are vanilla cupcakes with strawberry, rosewater and vanilla bean icing. The butterflys are handmade using royal icing.

Koala Cake

This Koala cake is made from a chocolate mudcake with ganache icing and then fondant. The koala's, pinic food and tree are all made out of fondant.

Mother's Group babies 1st Birthday cake

This cake was made out of a buttercream cake with ganache icing and fondant on the top. The babies are all handmade with fondant.
