60th Birthday Cake

This is a cake I made for my mum's birthday.  It was her 61st but I was too sick to make her one last year.  It is caramel themed.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse Baby Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for my sister in law for a baby shower.  The theme was Mickey and Minnie mouse.  I used the First Impressions baby mould and then decorated them.  They were super cute!

Deb's Drip Cake

 

I made this cake for a party I had.  It had everything I love in it.  The first layer was mudcake, then oreo white mud, then more mud and lucky last a peanut butter mudcake.  It was topped with Rolo, Curly Whirlys, Reeces Peanut Butter Cups, Oreos, Chomps, Mars Bars and Snickers. Yum! Yum! Yum!

Mint to the Max Drip cake

I made this cake for my brother in law.  He LOVES Arnott's Mint Slice biscuits so I made his cake everything mint.  there was a Chocolate mudcake with choc chips layer, covered in ganache and then mint slice biscuits, then a white choc mint mudcake with aero mixed in, then  repeated.  On top I added Mint Slice biscuits, Mint M&M's, Mint Aero, After Dinner mints and Curly Whirly's (just cause they look good!). This cake was minty good!!

Christmas Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for a fundraiser at the kids school. I made some mudcake cupcakes with fondant and some white chocolate cupcakes with decorator cream icing. I saw at the kids Fete a neat little trick where a mum had packed cupcakes in upside down plastic cups.  They worked a treat.

Peanut butter drip cake

This is a cake I made for a lady at work.  She loves Peanut butter and chocolate and LOVES pink.  I made a white chocolate and peanut butter mud \cake with peanut butter in a ombre of pink and white chocolate ganache with a dark chocolate drip.  I then added Reeces Peanut butter cups and lots of chocolates to the top. It was a big hit!

1st Chocolate drip cake

This is a cake I helped my sister decorate for a boys 18th birthday. She made white chocolate and booze ganache and we topped it with a variety of chocolates. Loved making a chocolate drip cake!! I will make another one soon!
