My Baby Shower Cake

This is my baby shower cake that I made. It is a caramel chocolate mudcake with a caramel chocolate fill. It has white chocolate ganache and white chocolate fondant decorations. The cupcakes are caramel mudcake and half had caramel fill and white chocoalte ganache swirls and the other half had Rolo's in the cake with white chocolate ganache and white choc fondant decorations. I had so much fun making this cake!

Baby Animal Cupcakes

I made these baby animal cupcakes today from the PC cupcake book. They took over 14 hours to make 36! They are vanillia cupcakes with white choc ganache and white choc fondant.
