Christmas Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for a fundraiser at the kids school. I made some mudcake cupcakes with fondant and some white chocolate cupcakes with decorator cream icing. I saw at the kids Fete a neat little trick where a mum had packed cupcakes in upside down plastic cups.  They worked a treat.

Peanut butter drip cake

This is a cake I made for a lady at work.  She loves Peanut butter and chocolate and LOVES pink.  I made a white chocolate and peanut butter mud \cake with peanut butter in a ombre of pink and white chocolate ganache with a dark chocolate drip.  I then added Reeces Peanut butter cups and lots of chocolates to the top. It was a big hit!

1st Chocolate drip cake

This is a cake I helped my sister decorate for a boys 18th birthday. She made white chocolate and booze ganache and we topped it with a variety of chocolates. Loved making a chocolate drip cake!! I will make another one soon!
