This is my the mudcake I made for my nieces birthday. I really channeled my inner child for this one and loved every minute!

I also wanted to try a single colour birthday cake. Purple is my fav colour. I ran out if white ganache so used a mixture of white and brown

I made this cake for my birthday to try a rainbow cake. Next time I will do thinner layers and more colours. Cake was a white choc mud with white choc ganache icing
