Band Cake

This is a cake that I made for a friend for his birthday.  The image is his band name. It was a choc mud with choc ganache and black icing

Cherry Blossom Cake

I have always wanted to make a cherry blossom cake.  I like the 3 and 4 tier cakes with the tree up the side but am not really a fan when it goes up the side of a single cake and lays flat on the top. This was my solution - I made a wire tree and coated it in chocolate and then put the cherry blossom flowers on the cake.  It turned out such a beautiful cake- Yummy too! It was chocolate mudcake with a chocolate ganache.

Skylander toppers

I made these Skylander figurines for a friends son for his birthday. Unfortunately these are the only two pictures I took and it was on my mobile so they are not very good quality.  For some reason they won't rotate either- sorry.

Baby Bugs Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for a baby shower. The Mum did not know the sex of the baby so I went with pastel colours. I loved makign these cupcakes and love the outcome. They are made using the First Impressions moulds and flower and butterfly cutters.

Christmas Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for my sons music concert. I didn't have much time to get them done but they turned out ok. I put little picks in the front middle three with the name of the Music group. I am hoping to one day have more time at Christmas so that I can do some harder cakes that I have been dying to make. Maybe next year!

Ladybug Baby Cupcakes

These baby cupcakes are made using the First impressions baby moulds. I love this little mould! The cupcakes are a vanilla cupcake with white chocolate ganache and a fondant top. Would you eat that baby?

Baptism Cake

This is the Baptism cake I made for my baby. It was a raspberry swirl vanillia cake with raspberry butter cream, then covered in white fondant. The blocks are made out of fondant and the lion was a statue.
