Cupcake Bouquets

I tried my first every flower bouquets for Mother's Day presents this year. They were heaps of fun and my Mother, Mother-in-law and sister (who is a Mother) loved them!

They are vanillia cakes with different icing flavours: pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, turkish delight, orange and vanillia.

Chocolate Lovers Cake

This is the Chocolate Lovers cake that I made for my friends birthday. It is a chocolate mudcake with chocolate ganache, filled with caramel, iced with chocolate ganache and then decorated with chocolate panels and topped with maltesers and mars bars.

My Baby Shower Cake

This is my baby shower cake that I made. It is a caramel chocolate mudcake with a caramel chocolate fill. It has white chocolate ganache and white chocolate fondant decorations. The cupcakes are caramel mudcake and half had caramel fill and white chocoalte ganache swirls and the other half had Rolo's in the cake with white chocolate ganache and white choc fondant decorations. I had so much fun making this cake!

Baptism Cake and Cupcakes

These cakes and cupcakes were made for a baptism for two baby girls (A & E). The cake and cupcakes are made of chocolate mudcake. It is then iced in Vanillia and Strawberry flavoured butter cream. The stork and shoes were provided by one of the mother's of the children and was used on her baptism cake.

Mum and Dad's 30th Wedding Anniversary cake

This is the cake that I made for Mum and Dad's 35th wedding anniversary. It is a chocolate cake with butter cream and then a white chocolate fondant. The cake is Jade to represent the 35 years.

Giraffe 2nd Birthday Cake

This cake is for a 2nd Birthday.The top cake is a double barrel chocolate mudcake with chocolate ganache chocolate/white chocolate fondant and a caramel filling.
The cupcakes are also chocolate mudcakes with chocolate/white choc fondant and caramel filling. They are super tasty (I had to try one!)
