This is a cake a friend asked me to make for her husbands 30th birthday. He is a Red Sox fan (and I know nothing about the Red Sox) so I tried a cake I saw of 'cakepicturegallery'. It was a chocolate mudcake with chocolate ganache under the fondant icing.
